My One and Only SUPERMAN

Defining a Father. father (or dad) is defined as a male parent or Individual progenitor of human offspring. For most of us, a Father can be a Guardian, a parent, a loved one, and/or someone special in our hearts. My definition for my father is of course the same with others, though I want to add another definition for that dear person. For me, my father is also my Hero. My one and only SUPERMAN.

First of all, happy fathers' day to all fathers in the world. My father seldom celebrates these kind of events with us for he is always away and working hard as a seaman. So, if we're able to spend time together in these occasions, it would be so much memorable for me. If we were to celebrate it, We would want to surprise our father early in the morning by greeting him a simple 'Happy Fathers' Day Tatay, I Love You' I know that this small sentence could fulfill his whole day. if possible, i want to do everything for my father. Studying hard and getting high grades itself couldn't pay the hardships our fathers have endured for us. If I grow up and become successful, I'll help my family in every way I can.

I really hope that our family would always be together. When our father is away, our house is always so quiet at lonely, but when he's there he's like the sunlight that lights up our whole house with his love and care for us, his children. What I want to hear from my father is simple, hearing his voice itself is enough for me, it simply brings me joy. He sacrifices to be far away from us just to work and supply us our daily needs, I know he'll not refuse his work just for us. If i would have the chance to persuade him, i would tell him to take care of himself all the time. I know being away from us is hard, even so, my father bears the pain and homesickness that he feels. So, I would like to thank my one and only Superman for the things he did just for us. I love you tatay. :)

The Roller Coaster Life of Being a Junior High Student

They say being a Junior at CNSHS is the hardest. You'll experience different kind of hardships from the past two years including preparing for your research proposal. No research proposal, means no diploma. Oh Life. But before all of this, I have so many expectations on this new beginning, it's like you're stepping into a new world. New teachers, new classmates, new buildings, new acquiantances, new environment and of course, new challenges we should face in order to succeed. Would we overcome these challenges and be one more step closer to our dreams? or fail and put all our hardships into waste.
Laziness and distractions. these are the reasons why students like Me don't study and flunk their grades. What can we do? Surfing the net is just so fun. Still, We are already Junior students, we should be more responsible in all that we are doing. We should think twice, no, thrice about the decisions we are about to take. Us, students should now balance our studies and wants in order to overcome our apprehensions. I must say, if you really want to achieve your goal, you must work hard and strive for it. And by achieving your goals, it means studying very very hard. not only you would benefit from these adversities, of course your parents would be also proud of you on accomplishing your goals as a student. It is a parent's dream to see their child grow up and graduate.
My expectations. First of all, I'm fond of riding roller coasters, the excitement you feel when you're riding one is an irreplaceable experience so, I expect my life being a Junior here to be a roller coaster ride on a road full of challenges and hardships. You must be wondering why I compared it with a roller coaster. They are the same in some ways because when the coaster goes up, it also has difficulties, earth obviously has gravity so it's having a hard time on going up and when it goes down, it's like the happiest experience of your life. Like us, we first face so much difficulties but in the end, when you already know the result of what you've worked hard for, you feel like you're the happiest person in the whole world, it may sound overrated but for me, it's true. About my other so-called expectations, I expected the Maliksi Building will be cool because, obviously, its at the center of our field, and I was wrong. It's so hot there you seriously need fans all over you in order to breathe, just kidding. About my Teachers, i thought at first that they would be really strict, and with the two weeks I've been with them, I find them fun, funny and enjoyable. To my new environment, I'm still getting used to it. last year we we're the fewest among the 5 sections, but now, we're 34. Still, I'm trying my best to socialize with them and realized that they're fun to be with.
So now we're heading into a new world, even though I miss my best friends, life should still go on, I know they would support me anyway even if I'm with them or not. What I know is that they would be there for me always. I also miss my Teachers from my Sophomore life especially our loving adviser Ma'am Tenny, we will never forget how you cared about us. So now let's just enjoy what this year will bring us.
