It’s the Yearly Intramurals Again!
Cavite
National Science High School Intramurals 2012. As expected, many students are
excited especially the ones who are exceedingly great at sports. CNSHS is just
not for academics but also has students who excel very much in different
sports. As for me, I like having the Intramurals very much for I like playing
the sport Volleyball. Others find Intramurals as waste of time and boring, I
suppose this is because they don’t have any sport to join to, resulting to
their bitterness and hating Intramurals. Also, Intramurals is just not for
sports, you can also meet new friends who have the same sport as you.
Intramurals are indeed very exciting
and fun. During games, you can cheer your lungs out, cheering for your
favourite player, your crush, or your best friends or friends that are playing.
Who doesn’t enjoy these kind of things? This activity is just once a year so
you should do and enjoy every tiny little bit of it until it all ends. Our
batch is really competitive when it comes to sports. When we were freshmen
students we were second place in the over-all. From this day on, we expected
that we would champions and first place for the next year’s intramurals. Sadly,
during our sophomore year intramurals, we were again, ranked as second placer.
So this year, again, we were expecting to take the intramurals by storm and win
those games! Although it was raining non-stop during those days, we still
continued our intramurals. Even though we didn’t finish all the games, it was
indeed very memorable.
This year’ intramurals, many
conflicts rose. It all started with the junior and senior’s basketball-boys.
During the game, juniors received so many fouls which made almost all junior
students watching think there was some kind of cheating. Then the issue became
big upto the point of telling hurtful things to the YSC president. But things
are all solved now. We must learn how to appreciate everyone and always
remember teamwork during games, also, the most important thing of all is being
a good sportsman.
